A guide to the Otford Mosaic

Let the members of the Otford and District Historical Society lead you through Oliver Budd’s magnificent Millennium Mosaic to explain the history of Otford as it progresses from the Age of the Dinosaurs on the left side, to a Spitfire of the Battle of Britain on the right. Along the way you will encounter such historic events as Otford’s two battles (when the Darent ran red with blood), and meet famous residents such as King Henry VIII and St Thomas Becket.. his hold well.. and the strange legend of the saint’s local miracles.
